How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 working hours from purchase confirmation. Delivery time is 2-4 working days for Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Do you ship to the Balearic Islands?
Yes, we ship to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where it is at all times.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The garment must be unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I request a return?
You just have to email us at devoluciones@onsaid.com and we'll guide you through the whole process.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, you can manage a size exchange by writing to devoluciones@onsaid.com. We'll guide you through the whole process from there.
Who bears the cost of return?
Returns are completely free.

How do I know what size to choose?
On each product page, you'll find a tab with the size guide, which displays the measurement charts corresponding to that garment.
Are ONSAID sizes true to size or do they run small?
Sizing is normal. Please note that most of our garments are stretchy, so they usually adapt well if you buy your usual size.
What do I do if my size is not available?
Sign up at onsaid.com and you'll receive a notification every time we restock or launch new collections.
